I dropped by for a visit with the puppies on my way to the dog show this past weekend and wow, these little babies are getting so big! They are on the move now and if this weather keeps up, they will soon be ready to go outside for their first adventure into the great outdoors! They are 3 1/2 weeks old now and doing very, very well! Check out these sweeties below:

Update: April 26, 2008
I took another trip down to see the puppies this weekend. They are so cute at this age! They are just shy of 5 weeks old now and growing quite nicely. The kids are having a ball with them and the puppies are learning now that it hurts to bite. They are really playing with each other a lot as well as vocalizing more now too. So much fun to watch! We had a blast and I can't wait to go back next weekend to see how much they have grown this time! These puppies are very used to kids so they will adjust into their new families with ease! They will soon be ready to go to their new homes so if you are thinking about one of these sweeties, don't wait too long, they will be all sold soon!
The puppies are very mobile now and love exploring!

Update: May 23, 2008
Wow, what a busy week! 3 of these cuties left for their new homes this past Saturday. I spent the day with the puppies helping their new families pick their new puppies as well as helping with the mountains of paperwork! It was a great day and very enjoyable!
One more puppy was going home on the holiday Monday. This family lives in my area and was going to be away for the weekend so it was agreed that I would bring the puppy home with me on Saturday, so they could pick him up on Monday. After finding out that the breeder was going to be away for a few days, I offered to bring the rest of them home with me too! Well, since we haven't had puppies for a year now, it has been a blast having 4 puppies around.
We found more great homes for 2 more of these wonderful boys, so there is just one sweet guy still available! He is adorable!! He is the smallest boys in the litter, is very confident, loves kids and other dogs (sorry, we don't have any cats to test that theory) and does well in the vehicle. He has his first set of shots, has been de-wormed, micro-chipped and is in excellent health!
We sure will miss him around here and ever since Nick has seen the puppies, he has been bugging to get another one or keep this little guy. As much as I would love to, he is related to my girls so I wouldn't be able to use him for breeding. He would do very well in a loving home with kids and other animals. We are working on crate training, walking on leash, house training and retrieving. He is coming along wonderfully!

Mr. Green is going to a wonderful home right here in Southampton! This family is away at various times throughout the year so we will look after Mr. Green while they are away. Nick will be so happy to see him as he grows!
